Portal 31 is located in Lynch, Kentucky, if you are coming from Interstate 75, use Corbin exit 29 and follow US 25E to Pineville and then get on US 119 and follow it to Cumberland then proceed to KY 160 to Lynch.  Once in Cumberland you will see the signs directing you to Coal Mining Museum and Portal 31.
